How Updates Work

We don't have a self-serve tracking portal on the site yet, so there's no login to check. Instead, we email you at each key stage: an order confirmation when you order, your digital proof to approve, and a dispatch email with carrier tracking once your order ships.

The tracking link in your dispatch email is how you follow your parcel to your door.

Haven't Had an Email?

First, please check your spam or junk folder, as proof and dispatch emails sometimes land there. If you still can't find an update, email us at hello@thefence.uk with your order number and the email address you used, and we'll check the status for you.
