Production then takes 2–5 working days, and tracked UK delivery is typically 2–5 working days after dispatch — so about 1–2 weeks from order to doorstep. Delivery is free on every order: there is no shipping charge at checkout.

Any clear, well-lit photo where we can see their face works — most phone photos are fine. You'll see exactly how it turned out in your free 24-hour proof, and if the photo lets the artwork down you can send a different one and we'll redo it as one of your unlimited revisions. Absolutely. Many of our designs support multiple pets — just choose the number of pets when you order.

We create each portrait in our Leeds studio using AI, working from the photo you upload so your pet's real markings, colours and character come through. A member of our team checks every portrait by hand and emails you a proof to approve. Once you're happy, we print on FSC-certified canvas, coated poster stock or ceramic — whatever the product calls for.

Personalised pet gifts are what we do. You approve the proof yourself, so the artwork is perfect before it ships — then have it delivered to you to wrap, or straight to the recipient. Our Gift Sets bundle favourite pieces if you'd like a ready-made option.
